The Adjunct ADN Instructor position is a pivotal role within the academic framework of CHCP, designed to provide specialized support to nursing students. This temporary adjunct position focuses on evening tutoring and remedial skills clinics, ensuring learners receive tailored guidance to strengthen their academic foundation and clinical competencies.   • Deliver evening tutoring sessions in assigned ADN subjects to address individual learning needs.

  • Mentor students on academic standards and professional expectations within the nursing field.
  • Maintain a structured, supportive, and engaging learning environment conducive to student success.

  • Active, unencumbered Texas RN license is required.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred; if the Master’s degree is in another field, candidates must hold a BSN and have completed at least 6 graduate nursing credits.
  • Proven teaching ability and current clinical knowledge are essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a nursing education program is preferred.
