  • Deliver competency-based education aligned with CHCP's curriculum model and instructional delivery style.
  • Develop and implement instructional plans for both residential and blended learning environments that meet course competencies and lesson objectives.
  • Facilitate student achievement by fostering competencies and establishing clear performance criteria and evaluation methods.
  • Create an engaging and conducive learning environment for both online and in-person instruction, ensuring effective class preparation and student involvement.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to students, particularly at mid-term, to support their academic progress and address areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in teaching style and scheduling to promote student success and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance and grades, and adhere to campus academic and attendance policies.
  • Participate actively in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and campus-wide initiatives.
  • Contribute to campus service by engaging in special projects or committees annually.
  • Incorporate professional and industry experience into the curriculum to enhance learning and maintain awareness of industry trends.
  • Attend Program Advisory Committee meetings annually to provide insights into curriculum and course delivery improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the educational mission of CHCP.

  • National Certified Pharmacy Technician, State Registered Pharmacy Technician, or Registered Pharmacist certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician or pharmacist, or 3 years of experience with an associate's degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in IV Sterile Compounding and experience in hospital settings.
  • Preferred experience in teaching or training roles.
  • Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician and State Registered Pharmacy Technician credentials.
