Deliver competency-based, engaging instruction aligned with CHCP curriculum
Use innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding
Provide personalized guidance and feedback to support student success

Integrate real-world sonography experience into lessons for practical learning
Track student progress and maintain accurate academic records
Collaborate with faculty and participate in campus initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Stay current with industry trends and advancements to keep training relevant
🎓 What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in a related field (required)
Required registries: AB, OB/GYN, and RVT
Minimum of 3 years of full-time sonography experience
Strong teaching, communication, and classroom management skills
Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and student needs
Experience with instructional methods and educational technology (preferred)
Highly organized, confident public speaker, and passionate about education
