The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Advisor to join our enrollment team in Fort Worth, TX. This pivotal role is designed for professionals who excel in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring alignment with their career aspirations and educational goals. As an Admissions Advisor, you will serve as a key liaison between potential students and CHCP, providing expert advice and support to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Initiate and respond to calls with prospective students to discuss educational opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews and campus tours to provide a comprehensive overview of CHCP.
  • Clearly explain CHCP programs, career outcomes, and available student services to prospective students.
  • Assist students with entrance assessments and facilitate introductions to Financial Aid resources.
  • Evaluate the readiness of prospective students based on their career goals and aspirations.
  • Adhere to admissions guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in recruitment events, including open houses and orientations, to promote CHCP programs.
  • Track and report enrollment goals, providing accurate forecasts and updates to leadership.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with applicants and newly enrolled students to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Complete required training and achieve registration as an Admissions Representative.

  • A minimum of one year of experience in admissions recruiting or sales.
  • A demonstrated passion for helping others achieve their career and educational goals.
  • Bilingual proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
