- Develop and sustain clinical affiliations to support nursing rotations and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Coordinate student clinical placements, schedules, and site requirements to optimize learning outcomes.
- Monitor and ensure students meet all clinical site prerequisites, including compliance with regulatory standards.
- Track and maintain accurate records of student clinical hours and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, and institutional regulations governing clinical education.
- Provide administrative support and advising to students to address clinical-related inquiries and challenges.
- Participate in required institutional meetings, professional development sessions, and training programs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the department.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical coordination or a related area.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex schedules and partnerships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
