Position Overview
The Campus President serves as the chief executive of the campus, responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, academic integrity, and student outcomes. This role requires a high degree of specialized expertise, analytical thinking, and a commitment to quality and compliance. The ideal candidate is driven, highly disciplined, and detail-oriented, with a history of successfully leading large, complex campuses.
This position involves balancing multiple high-stakes projects, managing diverse teams, and making precise, data-informed decisions—all while maintaining exceptional standards in education, student services, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Set and implement long-term campus goals aligned with CHCP’s mission and institutional strategy
- Leverage data to drive growth, innovation, and student success
- Lead with urgency, adaptability, and a commitment to measurable outcomes
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality
- Manage campus budgets, staffing, and performance metrics with a high level of financial and operational discipline
- Apply structured, analytical approaches to improve processes and outcomes
Enrollment and Retention Leadership
- Develop and execute enrollment and retention strategies based on market and student data
- Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and student support to meet campus targets
- Drive implementation of student success initiatives with proven, measurable impact
Academic Quality and Integrity
- Ensure high academic standards in curriculum delivery and faculty performance
- Partner with academic leadership to maintain accreditation and compliance with regulatory bodies
- Promote a culture of continuous assessment, learning outcomes, and academic excellence
Team Development and Talent Management
- Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing, student-centered team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, with a focus on technical proficiency and leadership development
- Create structured opportunities for growth while maintaining clear expectations and accountability
Community and Industry Engagement
- Build and sustain partnerships with local healthcare providers, clinical sites, and community organizations
- Represent the campus at external events to enhance its reputation and visibility
- Ensure program alignment with workforce needs and industry standards
Student-Centered Focus
- Prioritize the full student experience, from enrollment through graduation and employment
- Respond to student concerns with professionalism and timely solutions
- Champion access, equity, and inclusion for all learners
Compliance and Accreditation
- Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency standards
- Lead campus readiness for audits and reporting requirements
- Stay informed on evolving regulations and implement updates systematically
Role Requirements & Ideal Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education or allied health training
- Demonstrated experience leading a large, multi-program campus
- Stable work history with consistent, long-term roles and a clear record of results
- Exceptional ability to manage operations, people, and performance metrics with precision
