• Develop, maintain, and deliver educational services by creating and updating core curriculum to meet industry standards.
• Ensure the effective delivery of the core curriculum through structured course plans and materials.
• Prepare comprehensive course plans and instructional materials to support student learning objectives.
• Supervise program staff, providing guidance and oversight to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of the MA Program, including program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and manage student progress, attendance, and performance to ensure academic success.
• Provide academic advising and support to students, including grade reporting and feedback.
• Ensure continuous compliance with Federal, State, and Institutional accreditation standards and requirements.

• Associate's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the healthcare or education field (preferred).
• Experience as a Medical Assistant Instructor (preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of professional field experience in the medical assisting or healthcare sector.
