• Provide comprehensive leadership and management of the Cardiovascular Sonography program, ensuring operational efficiency and academic excellence.
• Collaborate with faculty to maintain and update course content in compliance with accreditation standards and industry advancements.
• Supervise and support instructional staff, including reviewing lesson plans and providing professional development guidance.
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new instructional staff to maintain a high-caliber teaching team.

• Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of three years of practical experience in the cardiovascular sonography field.
• Current registry, license, or certification in at least one cardiovascular specialty, as mandated by accrediting bodies.
• Demonstrated teaching experience, with a strong ability to mentor and inspire both students and faculty.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to serve as a role model for academic and clinical excellence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive academic and experiential background in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography profession.
• Current registration or credential from a nationally recognized sonography credentialing agency.
• Certification in any specialty overseen by the program, unless a faculty member with the required credentials is available to fulfill this requirement.
