  • Develop and sustain strategic relationships with employers to identify and secure job opportunities for graduates.
  • Provide expert guidance to students on resume development, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
  • Conduct both individual and group career counseling sessions to address diverse student needs.
  • Monitor and analyze student placement data to ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update job placement databases and career resources to reflect current market trends.
  • Offer continuous support to students throughout their job search journey, ensuring preparedness and confidence.
  • Stay informed on evolving job market trends, emerging industries, and employer expectations to enhance placement strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on career services, human resources, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, career placement, or a related domain.
  • Established network of industry contacts and employer relationships.
  • Proficiency in utilizing job placement databases and career management tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful connections with students and employers.
  • Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven success in achieving student placement outcomes and meeting performance metrics.
