- Deliver and support clinical curriculum content, ensuring alignment with program objectives and compliance with accreditation standards.
- Mentor and supervise students in clinical settings, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Promote student success and professional development through individualized support and structured learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with faculty and clinical sites to maintain high-quality clinical education and foster strong partnerships.
- Evaluate student performance in clinical settings and provide constructive feedback to facilitate growth and skill development.
- Ensure adherence to program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all clinical activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and program planning to continuously improve the quality of education provided.
- Associate’s Degree in a related field (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification (required); RVT or RVS certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sonography, including both inpatient and outpatient settings (required).
- Teaching experience, either didactic or clinical, is highly desirable but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, faculty, and clinical partners effectively.
