The Simulation Manager (RN) – Nursing Education is a pivotal role within the CHCP Houston Northwest campus, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing simulation lab. - Oversee daily operations of the nursing simulation lab, including scheduling, setup, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage simulation experiences across various nursing programs to ensure alignment with curriculum objectives.
- Collaborate with faculty to design, develop, and implement realistic and effective simulation scenarios.
- Maintain and troubleshoot simulation equipment and technology to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards (ACEN, CCNE, BON) and support documentation and reporting requirements.
- Manage simulation lab supplies, inventory, and related administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; a higher degree is preferred.
- Active, unencumbered Texas RN license is mandatory.
- Experience in nursing education, clinical training, or simulation is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with simulation technology.
