Are you a radiologic professional ready to step into a leadership role and make a lasting impact in education?
At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we’re looking for a driven Assistant Program Director to support and elevate our Limited Medical Radiologic Technology (LMRT) program.
In this role, you’ll work closely with program leadership to ensure academic excellence, faculty development, and student success, while maintaining compliance with industry and accreditation standards.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Support the implementation and delivery of the LMRT program curriculum
- Train and orient instructional staff for online and in-person course delivery
- Provide day-to-day oversight of faculty performance and instructional quality
- Evaluate instructors and deliver constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Monitor student progress, including attendance, grades, and intervention efforts
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports to support program improvement
- Assist with class scheduling, advisory board meetings, and program planning
- Ensure compliance with TWC, federal, and accreditation standards
- Review lesson plans and ensure alignment with course objectives
- Support faculty recruitment, development, and onboarding
- Conduct student orientations and assist with community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with externship coordination to support clinical site development and student progress
- Cover classes as needed and support overall program operations
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Current LMRT or Radiologic Technologist license (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiology (clinical, teaching, or both)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a fast-paced academic environment
