- Deliver competency-based education aligned with CHCP's curriculum model and instructional standards.
- Develop and implement instructional plans that meet course competencies and support lesson objectives.
- Foster student achievement by establishing clear performance criteria and conducting evaluations of learning outcomes.
- Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and actively engage students in the educational process.
- Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to students, including targeted support for those facing challenges.
- Exhibit flexibility in teaching style and schedule to accommodate diverse student needs and promote success.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, grades, and compliance with academic policies.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to campus initiatives through committee involvement.
- Integrate professional and industry experience into the curriculum to enhance student learning and career readiness.
- Attend Program Advisory Committee meetings to provide insights into curriculum development and delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of the institution.
- Certificate, degree, or post-secondary education and relevant experience meeting state (TWC) and accreditation requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of field experience in Allied Health.
- Proficiency in medical field practices, including Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology, HIPAA, CPR, and First Aid.
- Certification, registry, or licensure in the field of instruction, recognized by state regulatory agencies and accrediting organizations.
