The Career Services Advisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring that students and graduates are equipped with the necessary job search skills to secure employment within their field of study. This position is integral to aligning graduate outcomes with program objectives, fostering professional growth, and enhancing career readiness. The Advisor collaborates extensively with the education department and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive placement services, while also analyzing and providing feedback on graduate and employer satisfaction through survey results.

- Empower students and graduates to secure employment in their field of study and launch their healthcare careers.
- Manage a portfolio of graduates and assist them in job placement within the Allied Healthcare sector.
- Provide personalized guidance on interview techniques, workplace expectations, resume best practices, and career planning.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve student and graduate employment objectives.
- Consistently meet or exceed department metrics and quotas, including talk time, interviews, hires, and placement goals.
- Collaborate with Directors to advertise, recruit externship and placement sites, and market CHCP services to the medical community.
- Monitor student progress during externships and provide ongoing support to ensure successful placements.
- Actively participate in staff meetings and student orientation sessions to promote career services.
- Ensure strict compliance with state, federal, and accrediting rules and regulations.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students throughout their educational journey to enhance engagement with career services.
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-powered, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
- Prior experience in employment, staffing, career services, outplacement services, or sales.
