We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Dentist to join our clinic in McAllen, TX. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in dental care while contributing to the professional development of students in a clinical classroom setting. As a Dentist in this role, you will perform dental procedures on live patients, with students observing and assisting under the supervision of an experienced instructor. The clinic operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured and professional environment equipped with a fully functioning lab that is operational and ready for use. You will work alongside a clinic manager who oversees the administrative aspects of the clinic, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional dental care and mentorship.

- Refer complex dental cases to appropriate specialists, including orthodontists and oral maxillofacial surgeons.
- Maintain a patient-focused approach while fostering a professional and educational environment for students and staff.
- Must be a licensed Dentist in the State of Texas and the United States.
- Specialization in oral health with a proven track record of clinical excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive dental procedures, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and basic extractions.
- Proficiency in referring complex cases to specialists as needed.
- Exceptional chairside manner and ability to interact professionally with patients, students, and staff.
- Commitment to integrity, patience, and mentorship in a clinical and educational setting.
