The Assistant Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic enrollment initiatives of CHCP, ensuring compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and institutional policies while upholding the highest ethical standards. As a key contributor to the admissions team, the Assistant Director of Admissions is tasked with optimizing recruitment strategies to generate interest in CHCP programs and ensuring the seamless implementation of the CHCP philosophy. This role demands a focus on stakeholder engagement, staff development, and adherence to sound economic principles. The Assistant Director of Admissions will:

  • Leverage innovative recruitment methodologies to attract qualified applicants.

  • Recruit qualified applicants for admission to CHCP programs in compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies.
  • Manage inquiries, time, and recruitment-related resources to maximize interest in CHCP offerings.
  • Implement the CHCP philosophy by providing quality services to students, visitors, and clients.
  • Drive staff development initiatives to foster professional growth and engagement.
  • Recognize and reward employee contributions to the admissions process.
  • Adhere to sound economic principles to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Create an environment that encourages innovation, positive thinking, and program expansion.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions recruitment or related sales roles.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping individuals achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with faculty and student populations.
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to ethical practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with field-related hardware, software packages, and reporting systems.
