As a Career Services Advisor, you’ll coach students and graduates, connect with employer partners, and drive job placement outcomes that matter. If you thrive on hitting goals, building relationships, and supporting success, this may be the career for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach students and graduates on resumes, interviews, job search strategies, and workplace readiness

  • Manage a caseload of students and graduates to support placement in healthcare careers

  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to generate job opportunities

  • Create and implement action plans to meet placement goals and program metrics

  • Support the coordination of externship placements and monitor student progress

  • Collaborate with education and administrative staff to align on student success strategies

  • Represent CHCP at community events, with industry partners, and during student orientations

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation guidelines

  • Collect and analyze student/employer satisfaction feedback to inform improvement efforts


Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, career services, outplacement, or sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and placement goals

  • Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable with cold calling and developing new employer relationships

  • Proficient with job search tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
